Apply today!\n\n Summary: The Folder Operator is responsible for the setup, adjustment, and safe operation of the MBO/Stahl Folding machine. The MBO/Stahl automatically folds, slits, perforates and/ or scores printed sheets in preparation for binding or shipment.\n\n Schedule: 2nd Shift-Primary schedule will be 2:30pm – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar, based on business needs. This is an on-site position requiring the employee to be present physically. Training may occur at other times.\n\nSalary Range: $18.00 to 22.00 an hour based on experience.\n\nCompensation commensurate with experience.\n\n ¡SE HABLA ESPAÑOL!\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\n\nAccess the batching system to view batch lists and identify priority jobs to be completed\nReview job specifications to determine page sequence, type of fold paper size and packing requirements\nPre-set side guide, fold plates, fold rollers, and any slitting blades or perforators required\nLoad sheets onto feeder or job sheets into proper positions to determine final settings of units\nAdjust machine during production run as required for, adherence to all quality and customer requirements\nJog folded signatures or brochures for use in the next operation or for shipment to customer\nMay operate two or more machines simultaneously\nRecord job information on load tags and time sheets\nEnsure jobs are meeting quality and quantity requirements\nTroubleshoot machine problems, resolve if possible, notifying Floor Supervisor\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nFor an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.\n\nQualifications:\n\nSix-months to one-year related experience utilizing MBO or Stahl machinery\n\nPreferred:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalency\n\n4over Company History:\n\n4over was founded in February of 2001.
