The Project Surveyor will manage survey crews, coordinate with engineers, planners and clients, prepare accurate plats and legal descriptions, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and construction staking surveys.\nDirect field crews and collect survey data using GPS, total stations, and scanning technology.\nPrepare and certify plats, maps, and legal descriptions.\nDevelop survey drawings and models in AutoCAD Civil 3D.\nPerform title research and boundary analysis.\nCoordinate permitting, zoning, and utility reviews.\nEnsure survey accuracy, quality control, and regulatory compliance.\nMentor survey staff and manage crew scheduling and safety.\nOversee project budgets, schedules, proposals, and client communication.\n\nQualifications\n\n2+ years of land/site surveying experience.\nProficient with GPS, total stations, 3D scanning, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.\nExperience with plats, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, and title research.\nKnowledge of permitting, zoning, land development, and survey regulations.\nStrong project management, communication, and client-facing skills.\nPLS preferred; LSIT/SIT candidates encouraged to apply.\n\nCandidates who fill out the skills and questions will be reviewed first!\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Included\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
