This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations including potting, manicuring, and harvesting.\nAssists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting\nCleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing\nFollows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements\nMaintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers\nMaintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management\nFollows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties\nCompletes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner\nCompletes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations per the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check\nMust be able to communicate with the CODES Team effectively and professionally\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations\nSelf-Motivated\nAbility to multitask\nOrganizational skills\nAbility to stay focused\nMust be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude\nStrong work ethic\nAvailable to work weekends and holidays\nReliable transportation\nEducation & Experience Requirements\nHigh School degree or equivalent\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times\nThe ability to respond quickly to sounds\nThe ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces\nThe ability to see and respond to dangerous situations\nThe ability to correctly wear personal protective gear most of the day\nThe ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time\nThe ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions\nThe ability to work in high CO2 environments\nThe ability to use a half-face respirator\nThe ability to complete fine motor functions\nThe ability to work in low-light situations\nLifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity\nExposure to limited hazardous chemicals\nHere, we believe cannabis is the most natural form of medicine, that's why we are obsessed with creating and curating the best cannabis products in the south, using natural and sustainable farming practices, and giving back to our local community.
