Technical Data Coordinator

We’re looking for a Technical Data Coordinator who’s excited to support data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across our engineering and operations teams. In this role, you’ll help maintain up-to-date technical records, assist with data entry and analysis, and ensure critical information flows smoothly to support project planning, execution, and reporting. If you have a knack for streamlining data processes, enjoy working with details, and want to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and informed decision-making, we’d love to connect.What You’ll DoHelp organize and maintain technical documents, drawings, and recordsAssist in managing databases and filing systems for technical dataCollaborate with engineers, operations, and project teams to ensure data accuracyContribute to project documentation, reports, and client deliverablesSupport digitization of records and improvement of data storage systemsMonitor data quality and assist with basic analysis and reportingFollow data security and compliance protocolsProvide general technical and administrative support as neededThe Experience We’re Looking For0-2+ years' experience in data coordination, documentation, or administrative support Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance from senior engineersWillingness to learn technical systems, equipment terms, and industry standardsClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookData-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on recruitment KPIsAdditional RequirementsAble to work independently in a remote environmentWilling to travel 25%+ to sites or industry events as neededMust successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug testsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordBonus Points ForAssociate's or Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, information management, data science, or a related field Exposure to data tools like SQL, SAP, or AutoCAD Experience supporting engineering, substation, or high-voltage energy projectsPrior experience supporting a fast-growing engineering or field services companyWhy Join RMS EnergyWe’re not just another power services company.
