The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that advance our HPC capabilities, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure successful execution of HPC-related projects. This role involves collaborating with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve organizational goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage multiple HPC projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.\nDefine program objectives, project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment toward program goals.\nManage risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.\nTrack program performance, analyzing data to measure progress, and reporting on status to stakeholders and senior management.\nFacilitate regular program status meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and present updates to stakeholders and executives.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.\nEnsure program adherence to established standards, policies, and best practices.\nServe as a primary point of contact for all program-related matters, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving conflicts.\nQualifications:\n15+ years of experience as program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.\nShall have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).\nProven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, and programs.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).\nMust have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.\nPreferred Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.\nStrong understanding of HPC architectures, parallel computing, cluster management, and related technologies.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExperience in data analysis and reporting.\nFamiliarity with change management principles and practices.\nStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.\nPosition requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\nThe salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
