Customer Service Associate - Printing Specialist

This role combines top-tier customer service with hands-on expertise in digital printing, finishing, and document services. You'll be the go-to person for helping customers bring their print projects to life — from business cards to banners.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visitConsult with customers on printing needs, offering solutions and recommendationsOperate and maintain printing equipment (copiers, wide-format printers, laminators, etc.)Prepare print jobs including layout, formatting, cutting, binding, and finishingEnsure accuracy and quality control of all printed materialsProcess transactions using POS system and handle cash/card paymentsAssist with packing, shipping, and other store services as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional workspaceStay up to date on printing trends, products, and store promotionsSkills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in printing, graphic design, or customer service preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using computers and basic design software - e.g., Adobe Applications (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop...), Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureAttention to detail and commitment to qualityMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWe expect flexibility xhyhwjd to work at least 30 hours a week including Saturdays and SundaysWe offer$12-14 USD depending on skills with a 90 day probation periodOn the job trainingFriendly, team oriented environmentCompany DescriptionWe are a service company with multiple sources of revenue: Shipping, Packing, Printing, and other Business Services (Notary, Finger Printing, etc)Company DescriptionWe are a service company with multiple sources of revenue: Shipping, Packing, Printing, and other Business Services (Notary, Finger Printing, etc)
