Role: Endpoint Administrator II Duration: Full-Time Location: Nashville, TN(Hybrid) Role Overview The Endpoint Infrastructure team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of all endpoint devices, including system administration, security compliance, hardware repair coordination, imaging, routine hardware refreshes, and equipment disposal. Endpoint Administrator II supports these efforts by overseeing hardware provisioning for corporate offices and remote facilities, managing advance exchange processes, coordinating equipment recovery, and maintaining IT asset management and inventory. This role also involves regular follow-up with end users to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the position requires occasional travel to support the setup of new facilities or the decommissioning of existing ones, as well as planning and facilitating equipment recovery and refresh activities across multiple sites throughout the continental United States. Experience Required: Four (4) or more years of experience in a technical role. Familiar with basics on PC administration, mobile device management, imaging, project management, and hardware Must be fully able to perform hands on support for assigned projects Ability to speak comfortably with technical and non-technical users Organization and planning skills are a must Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance Compliance: Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance Key Responsibilities: Manage regular receiving, shipping, and disposal of equipment operations. Inventory and report stocking levels in accordance to established PARs. Perform routine hardware setup, software installation, permission management, and quality assurance testing for new hire provisioning. Work with vendors and team-members in the maintenance and repair of equipment within SLA. Regularly manage advance exchange workflow to ensure compliance with return and repair to provide a smooth experience to end users. Regularly monitor and engage equipment recovery from staff separations and end-users following expected procedures. Assist in asset procurement and testing, inventory management as well as compliance with disposal practices. Maintain company end user IT assets and ensure all equipment is always properly tagged, inventoried, and accounted for. Collaborate and communicate with team members, IT team, and leadership. Contribute to and maintain knowledge base of common procedures and problem resolutions to enable the technical services team to be as timely, efficient, and effective as possible. Manage a ticketing system to triage incidents in a timely manner, with customer follow up and concise updates. Maintain project status and adhere to procedures related to deployment activities. Complete configuration management and compliance related to end user equipment in accordance with company procedures and policies. Ensure configuration management and compliance related to PC’s through system administration in accordance with company procedures and policies. Plan and participate in deployment activities for end user equipment on new contracts, exits and equipment refresh projects. Skills Needed: Ability to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations. Ability to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations. Must be fully able to perform hands on support for assigned projects. Ability to speak comfortably with technical and non-technical users. Ability to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis. Strong organizational skills, critical thinking and detail oriented. Written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate and promote strong customer service orientation. Assume individual accountability for own conduct and maintenance of professional attitude and appearance. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
