In this full-time role, you will be responsible for scheduling drivers, dispatching shipments, and ensuring efficient last-mile operations in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities:\nMorning load out.\nScanning, labeling, and sorting packages.\nMonitoring and optimizing delivery routes.\nEnsuring Geofence accuracy\nPromptly resolving package issues.\nTracking packages and their statuses (e.g., failed deliveries, age verification, missing packages).\nEnsuring proper driver coverage.\nMonitor live chat software and audit Proof of Delivery (POD) photos.\nFulfilling daily pickups using a company vehicle.\nQualifications:\nMinimum age of 21.\nValid Driver's License.\nAbility to multitask and thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with technology for tracking drivers and package status, including GPS and camera capturing software.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and mass texting platforms.\nSelf-starting, proactive, and initiative-taking.\nStrong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.\nExcellent memorization skills.\nAdaptability to change and flexibility to work varied shifts.\nStrong accountability and empathy skills.\nCommitment to treating all co-workers, delivery partners, and customers with respect.\nAbility to lift 50-70 lbs.\nReliable and punctual.\nPreferred Qualifications: (Bilingual in English and/or Spanish).\nShift & Compensation:\n- Pay: $25.00 per hour.\n- Hours: Shift 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM.\n- Availability: Candidates must be flexible to work any day of the week.
