Physical Therapist Location: Rapid City, SD Agency: Tribal Health Pay: $1,500 to $1,600 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Specialty : Physical Therapy Work Setting: Outpatient Schedule: 8:00 – 4:30, Monday – Friday, No Holidays Patient Mix by Age: All ages Patient Volume: 8 Patients per day Types of Cases: Treatment for neuromusculoskeletal conditions including post-operative orthopedic care after discharge Specialties and Staff on Site: 2 Physical Therapists, 1 Pediatric Physical Therapist, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Speech Pathologist. Requirements Licensure : · ✅ SD PT License (unrestricted) · ✅ CAPTE‑accredited PT degree · ✅ NPTE pass · ✅ Verified competence · ✅ Background clearance · ✅ Facility credentialing approval Required Certifications : BLS Experience Required: Any Vaccines Required: COVID and Flu Benefits Why Tribal Health?
