The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systemsPrepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documentsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with internal teams, architects, and external stakeholdersPerform site visits, field investigations, and construction administration supportMentor junior engineers and support team developmentEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field8–15+ years of relevant mechanical design experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or ability to obtain)Strong experience with HVAC system design and building systemsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant engineering softwareKnowledge of local and national building codes (ASHRAE, IBC, etc.)Excellent communication and project management skills
