Candidates who have a desire for this opportunity to help children should consider applying.**Job SummaryProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community-based environments.Supervisory Responsibilities NoneDuties/Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Collect date to monitor the progress of effectiveness and the individualized treatment plan. Changing diapers/pull-ups, assisting in multiple facets of toileting training. Provide regular, written, and verbal progress updated on treatment goals. Maintain strict confidentiality. Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans. Follow the policies and procedures of Aspire Child & Family Services. Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills.Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree or working towards a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience preferred. Must have passion for working with children with disabilities. Must have reliable transportation. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days after providing services.**Travel** This position may require 25% travel.
