This role will work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to a modern, scalable platform built primarily with Golang and TypeScript.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance\r\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse system requirements and translate them into technical specifications\r\nDesign, build, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using industry best practices\r\nContinuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performance\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage software releases\r\nDebug and resolve application issues and deliver timely fixes\r\nParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards\r\nStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends\r\nPartner closely with a global team across the US, Australia, and the Philippines, with flexibility to work occasional evening hours to support cross-time-zone collaboration\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\n5+ years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a SaaS environment\r\nStrong experience with Golang and TypeScript\r\nExperience building APIs, services, and web applications\r\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Make\r\nExperience working with Git and Bitbucket in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines and frequent release cycles\r\nExperience with microservices architectures (Kubernetes highly desirable)\r\nExperience with Angular (preferred) or React\r\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment\r\nStrong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, team-oriented environment\r\nBonus Points\r\nExperience with additional languages such as JavaScript, Bash, C, Ruby, or C++\r\nExperience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind (preferred) or Bootstrap\r\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\r\nExperience working in cybersecurity or security-focused environments\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nWe don't think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $170,000 - $200,000.
