We work with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, reliable programs across complex business and technology environments.\n\n*Position Summary*\n\nAI Data Innovations is seeking a licensed Audiologist to conduct onsite hearing evaluations in Redmond, Washington.\n\nThe Audiologist will perform standardized hearing assessments, review and interpret results, maintain accurate documentation, support equipment readiness and provide a professional experience for individuals completing scheduled evaluations.\n\nThese assessments support hearing-related research programs. The Audiologist will work within established clinical and operational protocols while applying professional judgment to support safety, testing accuracy and reliable results.\n\nThis is a part-time, hourly position requiring onsite availability approximately one to two days per week.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations according to established testing procedures.\n* Perform otoscopy, pure-tone air and bone conduction audiometry, speech reception threshold testing, word recognition testing, QuickSIN testing and masking.\n* Review and interpret assessment results and identify inconsistencies or testing concerns.\n* Repeat or adjust testing when clinically appropriate and permitted under the established protocol.\n* Explain testing procedures clearly and professionally before and during each appointment.\n* Maintain a safe, respectful, comfortable and well-organized assessment environment.\n* Create and maintain complete, accurate and confidential testing records.\n* Follow applicable privacy, informed-consent and data-handling requirements.\n* Set up, operate and perform basic troubleshooting of audiology equipment.\n* Help ensure that equipment and testing areas are ready for scheduled appointments.\n* Collaborate with clinical, project and operations personnel to support consistent testing practices.\n* Provide professional feedback on assessment procedures, equipment and workflow improvements.\n* Learn and follow updated equipment, procedures and program requirements as needed.\n* Stay informed about evidence-based audiology assessment practices.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Doctor of Audiology degree from a CAA- or ACAE-accredited college or university.\n* Current and valid Washington State licence to practise audiology.\n* At least one year of post-graduate experience conducting hearing evaluations and audiology assessments.\n* Demonstrated experience with otoscopy, pure-tone air and bone conduction audiometry, speech testing and masking.\n* Ability to review and interpret audiometric results accurately.\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Excellent documentation, organization and attention to detail.\n* Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, safety and testing accuracy.\n* Ability to follow standardized procedures while applying appropriate clinical judgment.\n* Ability to learn new equipment, technology and testing procedures.\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or comparable documentation and scheduling tools.\n* Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Washington.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Experience conducting assessments in clinical research, occupational audiology, product evaluation or other protocol-based environments.\n* Experience with GSI AudioStar Pro, Verifit2 or comparable audiology equipment.\n* Experience administering QuickSIN testing.\n* Familiarity with informed-consent procedures, HIPAA requirements and confidential data handling.\n* Experience working with adults with varying levels of hearing loss.\n* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical, technical or operational teams.\n* Comfort working in an environment where procedures, schedules and priorities may evolve.\n\n*Schedule and Work Arrangement*\n\nThe Audiologist will generally work onsite one to two days per week. Availability on Wednesdays and/or Fridays from approximately 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. is preferred.\n\nSpecific hours may vary based on scheduled appointments and operational needs.
