We are growing and investing in the next generation of construction leaders.If you are pursuing a career in construction management, commercial roofing, or field operations leadership, this internship gives you direct exposure to jobsite supervision and real-world project execution.Position OverviewThe Commercial Roofing Superintendent Intern will work directly alongside experienced Roofing Superintendents and Project Managers to support the daily execution of commercial roofing projects.This is a hands-on leadership development internship designed to provide exposure to: Field operations Crew supervision Safety compliance Quality control Material coordination Client communicationInterns will gain a comprehensive understanding of how commercial roofing projects are executed from pre planning through completion.Key Responsibilities Assist Superintendent with daily jobsite oversight Participate in planning daily work activities and crew assignments Support safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies Conduct quality walkthroughs and document findings Assist in coordinating material deliveries and equipment logistics Help maintain daily job logs, reports, and field documentation Shadow client meetings and subcontractor coordination efforts Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential delays Support enforcement of company safety and performance standards Perform hands on field support tasks as neededThis role is structured as a learning experience.
