Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning, design, and implementation of signage and wayfinding systems across multiple projects or sitesCollaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure signage solutions align with project goals and brand standardsSupport the development and documentation of signage packages, including drawings, message schedules, and specificationsReview design documents to ensure compliance with ADA requirements, life safety codes, and project standardsAssist in managing the end-to-end signage process, including design development, fabrication, and installation sequencingTrack project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersPrepare and manage signage-related data, including room naming, numbering, and wayfinding logicSupport procurement activities by coordinating with vendors, fabricators, and installersParticipate in site walks to verify field conditions, monitor installation quality, and ensure design intent is metAssist in resolving design or installation issues by coordinating across project teamsContribute to the development and maintenance of signage standards, templates, and guidelinesSupport multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Graphic Design, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered3–6 years of experience in signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, design coordination, or owner's representative support rolesWorking knowledge of signage design processes, fabrication techniques, and installation sequencingStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with clear documentation and communication abilitiesExperience supporting owner-side, developer-led, or client-representative projectsExposure to large-scale, multi-site, or complex development programsUnderstanding of ADA signage requirements and basic life safety and code considerations
