We value optimism, compassion and teamwork, and above all, are united by our shared commitment to put patients first.\nRole Summary\nThe Construction and Facilities Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the future expansion and optimization of our existing facilities. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the buildout process, from analyzing previous builds to overseeing construction and maintaining existing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\nFuture Buildouts:\nOversee the coordination of projects and facilities to ensure they meet Spring Fertility goals and organizational objectives.\nAnalyze previous builds to develop and implement standardized enhancements to our construction standards for future locations.\nCollaborate with 3rd Parties to assess local design and construction markets, selecting reliable partners for future projects.\nSupport 3rd Parties and Executives during design and RFP processes, leveraging hands-on knowledge to ensure clarity and efficiency.\nProvide guidance on General Contractor management and strategic long-term buildout plans.\nStandardize buildout materials and techniques for consistency across future projects.\nConsult on construction and maintenance expenditure for existing and future buildouts, advising on cost-saving measures and strategic investments.\nDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize pre-construction processes and drive cost efficiencies.\nOversee quality control standards for General Contractors and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.\nConduct scope gap analysis to identify and mitigate risk.\nOversee commissioning of equipment and facility and transition new builds smoothly to the operators.\nFacilitate stakeholder engagement and communication between Operations/Facilities and onsite staff during construction and onboarding phases.\nProvide strategic overview and reporting of the construction and facilities program to the Executive Team.\nExisting Operations:\nAs Program Manager, track and provide visibility of strategic, cross-functional projects including identifying critical path items/milestones, resource allocation, budget and project dependencies using project management tools for various audiences with the appropriate level of detail for each audience type\nDevelop a standardized list of environmentally friendly products for future builds.\nReview HVAC control systems to identify and address potential risks, presenting findings to the Executive Team.\nPartner with Facilities Manager to implement preventative maintenance programs and equipment lifecycle reporting.\nCoordinate semi-annual updates to the master equipment list for Executive review.\nTravel Requirement: This role requires up to 25% travel to fulfill position responsibilities.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.\n7 years proven experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare or commercial facilities preferred.\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.\nProficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.\nEmployment Type\nThis is a full-time exempt position.\nCompensation\nThe salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000 annually.
