The role requires strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nOffice Operations & Facilities Support\r\nSupports coordination of office operations to ensure a smooth day-to-day workplace experience\r\nAssists with vendor coordination, service requests, and facilities-related activities\r\nSupports inventory tracking and ordering of office supplies and equipment\r\nCoordinates facilities-related requests, including maintenance, repairs, and space updates\r\nAssists with onboarding vendor accounts, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices\r\nSupports office moves, renovations, and workspace changes in partnership with Facilities\r\nAssists with workplace logistics such as access coordination and office readiness\r\nMay serve as a point of contact for workplace safety programs or emergency response support, as needed\r\nExecutive Support\r\nProvides advanced, highly confidential administrative support to AVP-level leaders, including calendar management, prioritization, and conflict resolution\r\nCoordinates complex meetings, prepares agendas and materials, and tracks follow-up actions\r\nManages domestic and/or international travel arrangements and related logistics\r\nPrepares and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports\r\nServes as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders\r\nAnticipates executive needs and proactively resolves scheduling or administrative challenges\r\nAdministrative & Project Support\r\nCoordinates events, leadership meetings, and team activities\r\nTracks deliverables, action items, and administrative project work\r\nProcesses expense reports and support budget-related administrative tasks\r\nMaintains files, records, and documentation in accordance with company standards\r\nProvides cross-functional coordination and support across departments\r\nRequired Qualifications, Experience & Specialized Knowledge And Skills\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED and 7 years' of relevant experience supporting senior leader or executives required, or any level degree or certification beyond HS diploma/GED and 5 years' experience.\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision\r\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)\r\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively\r\nUSD 32.26 - 48.41 per hour\r\nCompensation\r\nHourly pay rate is in the range of $32.26 - $48.41/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.\r\nBenefits\r\nEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
