Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing superior service. This position must be willing to travel.\r\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n\r\nPlan and supervise and/or craft activities - includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, manpower estimates, labor budgets, and documenting actual hours worked\r\n\r\n\r\nCoordinate electrical work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors onsite\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.)\r\n\r\n\r\nMonitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain liaison with other departments (i.e., Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc, support craft activities and project schedule\r\n\r\n\r\nPerform additional assignments per supervisor's direction\r\n\r\n\r\nDelegate responsibility and assure its proper completion\r\n\r\n\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\r\n\r\n\r\nMust prioritize safety before all else and lead by example; must have a minimum of OSHA30\r\n\r\n\r\nElectrical field installation experience within a solar plant or heavy industrial environment\r\n\r\n\r\nSelf-Perform Bess Construction Experience is highly preferred\r\n\r\n\r\n3 years' supervisory experience in a power plant or with heavy industrial construction\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated ability to supervise 50 or more employees\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated planning and scheduling experience\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated knowledge of, reading, interpreting, and working with Electrical design drawings (isometric and orthographic), design guides, specifications\r\n\r\n\r\nContract documents and site coordination of subcontractors\r\n\r\n\r\n4-5 years previous experience as a General Foreman or 3 Years as a Superintendent in a single discipline on an industrial construction project.
