In this role, you will collect, analyze, and transform complex data into meaningful insights that support operational planning, mission readiness, and executive decision-making. Working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you will develop reporting solutions, improve data collection processes, and help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the development of data analysis approaches, reporting strategies, and data-driven solutions.\nGather customer requirements and develop reports that support operational and business decision-making.\nCollect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.\nIdentify new data sources and recommend methods to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot information system requirements to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key performance metrics to leadership.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analytical products.\nSupport continuous process improvement through data analysis and performance measurement.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\nMinimum of 5 years of data analysis experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. An Associate's degree with an additional 3 years of relevant experience may be substituted.\nExperience collecting business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\nPreferred\nProficiency with SQL and Python.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.\nExperience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data architecture.\nExperience optimizing data processing and reporting performance.\nExperience supporting the U.S. Army or other Federal Government organizations.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.\nClearance and Eligibility\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.\nThis role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).\nLocation\nOn site at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland.\nWho We Are\nAt D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.
