( Check your SPAM for the interview invitation email.)This is a high-visibility corporate conference environment with large attendance, multiple staffing agencies, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced operational cadence. Salesforce Connections serves as a major pre-Dreamforce event.. Team members hired for this assignment must be able to think clearly, remain professional under pressure, and adapt quickly as event needs evolve in real time.We are looking for strong professionals who can step into a dynamic environment, take direction, solve problems, and represent Fierce Staffing with excellence.Key Responsibilities Provide professional, guest-facing support in a high-volume conference environmentGreet attendees, answer questions, and support wayfinding throughout the venueAssist with badge scanning, session check-in, and crowd flow managementSupport sponsor activations, VIP areas, and premium attendee experiencesFollow direction from Fierce leadership and designated event supervisorsRemain flexible and ready to shift between assignments based on onsite needsCommunicate clearly and escalate questions or issues through the proper chain of commandMaintain professionalism, composure, and strong judgment in a fast-moving environmentArrive on time, in proper attire, and ready to work in a highly visible client-facing settingQualifications We are looking for candidates who are:Highly adaptableStrong communicatorsCalm under pressureProfessional in corporate environmentsComfortable working in ambiguityTeam-oriented and solution-focusedAble to stay composed and effective when plans change quickly.Previous event staffing, conference, hospitality, or guest services experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skills requiredComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsAble to work in crowded, high-energy event environmentsMust be flexible and open to shifting responsibilities onsiteMust be dependable, punctual, and prepared to work in a high-expectation environmentSchedule & Availability Virtual Training: Options May 13th and May 16th.Onsite Training: Will be Required. ( Date provided at onboarding)Event Dates: Wednesday June 2-4thShifts will be available once onboarding and training is complete.Open availability during these dates is strongly preferred.Exact training times and shift schedules will be provided closer to the event.Pay Rate : Competitive hourly rates based on role and responsibility level. Final pay rates and schedule details will be communicated during the hiring process.
