{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7ed13c883a72d0e2791eb5df","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7ed13c883a72d0e2791eb5df","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7ed13c883a72d0e2791eb5df","title":"Program Manager","description":"*SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:*\n\nThe Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts.\n\n*MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*\n\n· Managing and developing project plans.\n\n· Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.\n\n· Review status with the customer and the management team.\n\n· Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.\n\n· Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.\n\n· Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.\n\n· Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.\n\n· Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.\n\n· Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.\n\n· Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.\n\n· Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.\n\n· Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.\n\n· Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.\n\n· Understands Kamet offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Kamet products or services.\n\n· Ad hoc projects as assigned.\n\n*ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:*\n\nAll Departments\n\n*EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*\n\n\\* Associates degree in Business or related field and/or Certificate in Project Management required, BA/BS degree preferred.\n\n\\* 1-2 years experience Customer Relations.\n\n\\* Good working knowledge of computers, esp.
