Social Media Marketing Intern
We’re looking for a highly creative, culture-obsessed Social Media Intern to help bring our artists and brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. This person lives and breathes internet culture, understands what makes content go viral, and is excited to experiment, iterate, and build audiences.What You’ll DoCreate, edit, and post short-form content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)Brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with artist rollouts and trendsCreate and manage day-to-day posting across owned & operated accountsIdentify and jump on emerging TikTok/IG trends in real-timeCollaborate with marketing and A&R teams on campaign conceptsAssist with content calendars and schedulingEngage with community (comments, DMs, trend participation)Track performance and report on key metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares)Who You AreDeeply plugged into TikTok + Instagram culture (you know trends before they peak)Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)Creative storyteller with a strong visual eyeComfortable being scrappy and experimenting with contentOrganized and able to manage multiple posts/projects at oncePassionate about music and artist developmentNice to HaveExperience running or growing your own social accountUnderstanding of music marketing or artist rolloutsBasic analytics knowledge (what makes content perform)What You’ll GainHands-on experience working on real artist campaignsDirect exposure to how music breaks on TikTokA portfolio of content tied to real-world results
