Property Evaluator

Company Description We are a fast-growing, technology-based real estate firm that specializes in property management. We currently have various types of properties all over southeastern Wisconsin and are looking to grow our $43,000,000 portfolio. Role Description This is a contract Property Evaluator role located on-site in Southeastern, WI. As a Property Evaluator, you will be responsible for taking photos and noting issues that you see at our properties, by using your phone. Our software will help you keep everything organized and easy to follow. You will also be responsible for installing smart locks on new properties we have taken over and maintaining current smart locks. This is an independent contractor arrangement, you choose when you work, any day you would like, within daylight hours, as long as you give a 36-hour notice of the hours you would like to work. Qualifications *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Strong organizational and time management skills. *Have a smartphone. *High school diploma. *High level of using mobile applications. *Basic maintenance skills to install a smart lock on a door. *Have a Vehicle and Valid Drivers License. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $27.00/hour.
