This role is hands-on, client-facing, and impact-driven. You will work directly with executive teams to improve financial reporting, strengthen controls, and create sustainable accounting processes that actually stick.\r\nIf you enjoy solving messy financial problems, building order out of chaos, and showing measurable results week over week, this role is for you.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nServe as a trusted accounting advisor to client leadership teams.\r\nDeliver measurable and sustainable improvements in financial reporting and performance monitoring.\r\nExecute defined project plans and provide ongoing advisory support.\r\nAnalyze financial statements, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.\r\nLead cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.\r\nSupport accounting system implementations, migrations, and integrations.\r\nEstablish repeatable processes and help client teams adopt them.\r\nProvide weekly progress updates tied to agreed deliverables.\r\nWork independently or as part of a consulting team depending on engagement scope.\r\nTravel to client sites as required.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred.\r\n10+ years of progressive accounting experience.\r\nStrong command of financial statements and variance analysis.\r\nProven experience with cash flow management and budgeting.\r\nHands-on experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Sage, NetSuite, AS400, or similar systems.\r\nExperience with accounting system migrations and ERP or CRM integrations.\r\nCost accounting experience is a plus.\r\nCPA preferred.\r\nComfortable working directly with executives and making recommendations that drive action.\r\nWork Environment and Travel\r\nMix of remote and on-site work based on client needs.\r\nSchedule and billable hours aligned with client engagements.\r\nTravel required; client covers airfare, lodging, and rental vehicles.\r\nPartial per diem provided for travel days.\r\nWhat This Role Is (and Is Not)\r\nThis is a senior-level, client-facing role with real accountability.\r\nThis is not a back-office, low-impact accounting position.\r\nYou will be trusted to operate independently and expected to deliver results.\r\nIf you need constant direction, this will be uncomfortable.
