A Pre Blend Operator is responsible for the precise weighing mixing and preparing of raw materials ingredients before they are sent to the main blending or production lines. As a manufacturer of customized seasonings and sauces this role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of formulas food safety and efficiency in the production process. The operator accurately weighs measures and pre blends dry or liquid raw materials according to recipes and batch sheets. The operator operates sifting milling and pre blending equipment to prepare ingredients. The operator performs in process checks to ensure that pre blended materials meet quality standards including inspecting for inconsistencies and maintaining allergen control. The operator maintains accurate records of batch data including ingredient lot numbers weights and ingredient data in company systems. The operator adheres to good manufacturing practices safety and food safety protocols including hazard analysis and critical control points and ensures proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination. The operator moves raw materials from storage to the production area and manages inventory levels for the blend area.What you'll need: Required: NV Food Handlers Card Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching.Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm plus OTWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.
