This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and standardizing IT infrastructure while supporting a hybrid environment of Windows, Linux, and network systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInfrastructure Leadership & Technical Expertise\nServe as the technical lead on infrastructure projects, developing specifications and providing expert guidance\nEstablish and enforce technical standards for infrastructure implementation across the organization\nSupport regional and local IT projects with documentation, SOPs, and guidance for internal teams\nSystem Administration & Operations\nAdminister and maintain Windows Active Directory and enterprise systems\nOversee regional server operations, including performance monitoring, patching, and system upgrades\nManage Veeam backups, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems\nSupport and manage hybrid Linux/Windows environments and network devices, coordinating changes with global teams\nCollaboration & Vendor Management\nCollaborate with external vendors and service providers to support existing systems and applications\nDeliver specialized IT support for Executive Leadership, Board members, and HR\nPartner with regional colleagues to drive process improvements and standardize IT services\nEnd-User Support & Change Management\nProvide desktop support for both Windows and macOS environments\nCoordinate change management processes and ensure adherence to service desk SLAs\nImplement and enforce global security policies across North American sites\nAdditional Duties\nPerform other duties as required to meet business needs\nQualifications:\nMinimum 7 years of IT experience, including senior engineering roles\nProven experience configuring, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems across North America, including servers (IT/OT), network infrastructure, telephony, and virtualization platforms (VMware)\nStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery\nExperience with hybrid Linux/Windows environments and network devices\nWhy Join Us?\nServicePoint offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced industry, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.
