Program management utilizes industry-accepted processes, methods, and standards to plan, schedule, and execute a program. Program managers are strong leaders, with strong business acumen, who focus on strategy and execution, they must have experience with program budget planning, strategy, and high-level communications across the organization. Program Managers are not doing project management at the \"Program level\", they are accountable for the entire Program.\r\nIn this strategic and impactful role, you will help lead Enterprise Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives across Blue Origin's entire mission set, and will be responsible for developing S&OP methodologies, processes, training, tools, and governance, required to operate and execute company wide Sales and Operations Planning successfully, on schedule, and on budget. You will have the opportunity to create, design, develop and support the execution of an Enterprise Program Management Operating System across Blue Origin programs.
