This role will lead FPGA/ASIC design and verification efforts while guiding a team of engineers across complex technical projects. It requires strong leadership and deep technical expertise, along with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Lead FPGA/ASIC design and verification for embedded systems • Manage engineering projects and technical workstreams from concept through delivery • Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and systems teams • Drive best practices in design, verification, and development processes • Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a high-performance team environment Why This Role Stands Out • Leadership role with strong technical ownership and influence • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace and communication technologies • High visibility across engineering and program leadership • Competitive compensation with full benefits What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience in FPGA or ASIC-based embedded systems development • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field • Strong experience with FPGA/ASIC design and verification processes • Proven leadership experience managing projects or engineering teams • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Skills • Experience with VHDL or Verilog • Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM/OVM methodologies • Background in cryptographic or secure communication systems • Experience with signal processing solutions • Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers • Active SECRET clearance Interested?
