Required Skills: Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing Proven experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in trauma or critical care environments Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Experience with telemedicine support tools and protocols Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution A minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience preferred Current CPR certification Other Requirements: Availability for flexible shifts, including 9 am - 9 pm and 11 am - 11 pm schedules Ability to work 8-12 shifts per month, including weekends as needed Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development Possession of all necessary state and federal licensure and certifications Embark on a rewarding career where your skills truly matter, in a supportive environment that fosters growth and excellence.
