This role involves participation in user's functional requirement studies, collaboration with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction, architect and design application, and ensuring quality of work through design and code review process. Assists with client implementations. Identifies changes, corrections and enhancements to production application or customized programs. May require to manage small set of technical resources.Required Experience:Experience working with Java, previous management roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly related field.Java Software Engineering experience for 8+ YearsStrong Object Oriented Programming (Java) ExperienceExperience with JEE Stacks (eg. Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, etc)Experience with Database Modeling, Deployment and TuningAbility to design XML Schemas and Websevice WSDLExperience with SOA and IntegrationsExperience developing enterprise level systems with significant level of complexity.Preferred Experience:Experience with Banking/Financial ServicesDisciplined programming using TDD (Test First Development)Experience with maintaining 24x7 DeploymentsExperience with IBM WebspherePerformance Tuning of n-tier Web ApplicationsGood experience with Web frameworks eg.
