You are comfortable leading complex initiatives, guiding technical direction, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.\nThis is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.\nYOUR DAY-TO-DAY:\n\nProvide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform\nAnalyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions\nConfigure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality\nDesign and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic\nDevelop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality\nTroubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes\nParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices\nOptimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities\nYOU’LL BRING:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field\n5+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS)\nStrong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL\nExperience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools\nSolid foundation in object-oriented programming\nExperience with VBScript and JavaScript\nFamiliarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions\nStrong SQL skills and understanding of database structures\nProven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities\nExperience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders\nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design\nAbility to thoughtfully incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and governance\nAI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
