In this position, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing among our senior residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.Your role will involve close collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team to create tailored treatment plans, track patient progress, and provide education to both patients and their families.
