Candidates joining the company can expect a culture that values operational excellence, accountability, and collaboration in the field and office.Role Description The Project and Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Weatherford, OK. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics for tubular handling projects, including scheduling equipment and crews, arranging transportation, and tracking shipments and inventory across project sites. The coordinator will communicate regularly with operations teams, sales, and customers to confirm requirements, timelines, and any changes to job scope. They will monitor project progress, update project documentation, and support job planning to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in logistics and inventory systems, preparing status reports, and assisting with resolving operational issues or service escalations. Using NetSuite they will be responsible for entering sales orders, tracking asset movement and field personnel hours.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor project performance, and support operational decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and clients.Customer service skills to respond promptly to client needs, manage expectations, and support issue resolution in a professional manner.Experience with inventory management, including tracking materials, maintaining stock levels, and reconciling physical counts with system records.Knowledge of supply chain management principles, such as transportation coordination, vendor management, and scheduling of equipment and materials.Proficiency with office and logistics software (e.g., MS Excel, NetSuite, Outlook); ability to learn company-specific tools quickly.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with field operations, understand oilfield or industrial work environments, and support safety-focused practices.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in logistics, project coordination, or operations support in energy, oilfield services, or industrial settings is strongly preferred. Ability to work on a 5-on/5-off rotation working 12-hour day shifts, and night shifts every other weekend. (Occasional fill in shifts may be required)Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (DOE)
