As such, the candidate will be required to share in the on-call rotation for the fielding of after-hours service requests from clients, field / direct inbound calls during business hours, and generating customer invoices and engaging with business contacts regarding delinquent service invoices.This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:Scheduling Technicians and Sub-ContractorsScheduling Service CallsScheduling Site Inspections & Preventative Maintenance CallsProvide detailed weekly service reports as required by ClientsTracking service calls and technician productivityProcessing RMAs for service parts & repairsWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor or equivalent degree or experienceService or Operational experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the companyMust possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customer, co-workers, and other personnel at all timesCommitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and ProceduresAttention to detail and accuracy is a mustWhat we bring to the table:Compensation based upon background and experienceFull Benefits PackageVacationCellphone AllowanceWe are an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
