This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring timely delivery of components and maintaining accurate inventory records. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication with team members.\nTasks & Responsibilities\nKeep up daily material needs of production, including maintaining documentation of material moving in and out of the shop.\nMaintain organization throughout the shop and yard with all materials.\nAssist in traceability of non-inventory related items by working directly with shop workers to sign out required items. (i.e. welding wire, safety harness, and welding tools.)\nCompetencies:\nMust be proficient in movement of goods\nMust be able to climb and complete some work on ladders\nMust be able to lift material up to 40 pounds.\nMust be able to wear personal protective equipment such as glasses, gloves, etc.\nMust be able to properly use and care for assigned tools and equipment\nMust be able to adhere to standards and perform a quality job in a safe manner within an acceptable time.\nMust be able to work variable hours.\nEducation/Experience:\n3 years of experience with operation and maintenance of industrial lifts.\nPhysical requirements\nStandard requirements include Bending, squatting, climbing, stooping, twisting, and reaching, standing for long periods of time, lifting 40 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
