Home Care SchedulerWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our growing home care agency in Naples, Florida. The scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high quality care by coordinating caregiver schedulers, managing last minute call-outs, and optimizing staffing coverage using WellSky.This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily caregiver schedules using WellSky EMRCoordinate new client start-of-care schedulingMatch caregivers to clients based on skill-set, availability, and client preferencesHandle call-outs, schedule changes, and emergency coverage in real timeMonitor overtime and minimize scheduling inefficienciesMaintain accurate documentation within WellSkyCommunicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staffAssist with on-call rotationSupport the clinical and administrative team with scheduling reports and updatesQualificationsMinimum 1 year scheduling experience in home care or healthcare (required)Experience in WellSky preferredStrong knowledge of caregiver availability management and shift coverageAbility to multitask and make quick decisions under pressureExcellent phone and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systemsStrong organizational skills and problem solving skillsKnowledge in Florida home care regulations is a plusSkills and CompetenciesCalm under pressureHighly organizedDetail orientedStrong problem solverTeam player with a positive attitudeCustomer service focusedCompensationCompetitive hourly pay based on experiencePerformance based incentivesPaid time offSupportive and team driven work environmentOpportunity for growth within growing Naples based agency.Work ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-Friday with rotating on-call responsibilitiesIn office position (Naples Fl)
