With 150 staff globally, you would be joining the organisation’s headquarters in Somerville, Boston, MA.Position OverviewAs Senior AI Enablement Engineer, you'll lead the technical adoption of AI coding assistants across your engineering teams whilst managing a team of 3-5 engineers. Your role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and organisational change, helping senior and junior engineers overcome hesitation around AI tools, build practical proficiency, and integrate AI-forward practices into their daily development work. You'll conduct workshops, facilitate pair programming sessions, and run "AI Office Hours" to support engineers working on complex refactoring and architectural design challenges.
