As a Mechanical Engineer III, you’ll lead designs or lead analyses, working closely with the Project Manager and Director to deliver complex projects as well as develop the team supporting you.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and deliver high-fidelity mechanical designs and analyses on schedule\nPerform FEA (preferably Ansys) to determine stresses and deformations for strength and performance\nCreate mechanical designs, and review 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks\nCollaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align requirements and deliverables\nResolve technical issues through root cause analysis, trade studies, and sound engineering judgment\nLead technical work in design reviews and collaborative sessions\nMentor junior engineers by sharing expertise and setting technical examples\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required), graduate degree highly preferred\n10+ years of full-time recent experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis\nDemonstrated mechanical design creativity, with strong attention to detail\nProficiency with Ansys (or equivalent FEA tools) or 3D CAD platforms (SolidWorks, Creo) and drawing packages\nSolid knowledge of GD&T and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nManufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus\nUS PE license is a strong asset but not mandatory\nWhat We Offer:\nOngoing professional development with mentoring and clear opportunities to move into senior technical or project management roles.\n401(k) with employer matching.\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\nCompany-paid AD&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability, and Life insurance.\nPaid time off and 9 company-paid holidays each year.\nFlexible scheduling and hybrid remote/in-office work.\nPotential for bonus pay.\nTuition reimbursement.\nNotes:\n1) This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
