You’ll coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep complex projects organized, surface risks, track decisions, and drive initiatives.\nIn addition to supporting real estate projects, you’ll take ownership of high-priority operational initiatives across the organization. This could include implementing floor-planning software, building a scalable Jira environment, developing a corporate housing program, or improving how workplace information and documentation are managed.\nThis role could make sense for you if: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing order to complex, evolving work\nYou’re energized by both large, cross-functional projects and the operational details required to execute them well\nYou instinctively create systems, documentation, and processes where none exist\nYou’re comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, priorities, and external partners\nYou communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and keep stakeholders aligned\nYou’re curious, resourceful, and willing to dig into unfamiliar problems\nYou enjoy scaling operations and improving the way work gets done\nResponsibilities Support the planning and execution of new offices, expansions, renovations, and relocations\nOwn defined portions of real estate projects from initial planning through occupancy\nTrack outstanding decisions and drive follow-up across multiple concurrent projects\nBuild and maintain the operational systems that support the Workplace team\nDevelop standardized documentation, project templates, workflows, and repeatable processes\nMaintain accurate records for leases, floor plans, workplace standards, vendors, and project documentation\nImplement and administer tools used for workplace planning, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination\nImprove how workplace information is organized, shared, and maintained\nSupport high-priority operational initiatives that may extend beyond traditional workplace projects\nCoordinate closely with Facilities, IT, Security, Finance, People, Legal, and business leaders\nHelp create scalable workplace practices that can support a growing, global organization\nMinimum Requirements 4–6 years of experience in workplace, operations, real estate, program management, construction, or a related field\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong project management instincts with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously\nAbility to work independently, identify what needs to be done, and move work forward without extensive direction\nComfortable building structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams\nComfort learning and administering new operational tools and systems\nA genuine interest in building scalable processes and improving how teams operate\nCurious, resourceful, and proactive; you enjoy figuring things out and improving the way things are done\nBonus Experience supporting office build-outs, construction, renovations, or design coordination\nExperience implementing new processes, tools, and software\nExperience building workflows in Jira or similar project-management platforms\nExperience supporting a rapidly growing or multi-site organization\nWhy CHAOS?
