{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7e97ecc4eef1d032a7714ed4","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7e97ecc4eef1d032a7714ed4","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7e97ecc4eef1d032a7714ed4","title":"Hause Operator","description":"Description:\nThe Hause Operator sets up and operates the Hause Mill and Center in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAccurately manufactures quality parts to customer specifications and tolerances adjusting as needed.\nSafely loads robot, changes program, and resets faults when necessary\nMonitors robots to ensure parts are stacking properly, resetting programs as needed and monitoring changes.\nProvides training to all employees assigned to the unit.\nPerforms job changes on assigned unit.\nMaintains records of job changes, downtime or machine adjustments needed to produce parts to company/customer specifications.\nRemoved tags from pallets on the stock conveyor before they get to the robot.\nMonitors the condition of the material, heat, and part number on the stock conveyor.\nRequired to verify correct part numbers/heat codes for current job.\nRequired to run production mill and center on the Hause machine.\nMaintaining quality by conducting periodic inspections\nMust be able to make needed offsets to product quality products.\nMaintain tooling integrity by conducting appropriate tooling changes as needed.\nMust be able to load and unload stock from the robot cell.\nMaintain the automated robot cells (i.e. clearing alarms, changing programs) and other duties as needed.\nRequired to clean out chips inside the unit.\nRequired to monitor and maintain appropriate fluid levels for the unit.\nEnsure all stocks have been properly tagged.\nPrepares tooling prior to job changes.\nCalls Maintenance with equipment problems.\nEnsures that Loader has all necessary and related safety equipment needed when a load is used.\nMaintains coverage through lunches, breaks and shift changes.\nReports any problems either mechanical or safety to supervisor as soon as possible.\nCleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.\nFollows all safety and plant rules and regulations.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nKey Competencies\nCommunication Skills:\nAbility to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\nAbility to effectively report relevant data and job specific information as needed.\nMathematical Skills:\nAbility to perform basic mathematics.\nComputer Skills:\nAbility to navigate basic technology including but not limited to the use of digital self-service platforms, time clocks and other systems where applicable.\n\nAdditional Preferred Skills and Experience:\nPrevious experience in manufacturing environments or a mechanical aptitude\nSatisfactory completion of Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test\nRequired to use the 2-way radio and exhibit good communication skills.\nPhysical Demands:\nStand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.\nMust be able to operate and use a crane, pallet jack or other devices.\nMust be able to regularly lift and or move up to 75 lbs.\nTolerate potentially extreme temperature fluctuations impacted by weather and machinery.\nAcclimate to high noise and vibration levels in workspaces.\nWear and adhere to all PPE guidelines including hard hats, protective eye wear, ear plugs, and approved footwear with metatarsal and steel toe safeguards.\nWhat We Offer:\nFull-Time employment\nBenefits Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, AD & Life insurance) bolded benefits are company paid.\n401k Company Match\nTime Off:\no PTO without a waiting period\no Eleven (11) paid holidays after completion of their probationary period\nWork Environment:\nThe Hause Operator will work within our production facility, which often involves proximity to heat, noise, debris, conveyance systems and other potentially dangerous equipment.
