You will supervise all revenue departments and Team Members within Life Time Training. You will oversee the hiring and maintain desired level of fitness professionals (15-50) as well as drive key company initiatives and manage budget and P&L. You will ensure all Fitness Professionals are educated in the LT Method through our Core 3 philosophy.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesLeads the Personal Training team to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goalsDevelops and oversees safe, professional, and engaging personal training programsManages team performance, hiring, and onboarding processesHandles administrative and operational responsibilities for the Personal Training departmentConducts personal training sessions to set an example and meet member needsLeads team communication and departmental collaborationEducationMinimum Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDYears Of Experience3 years of personal training experience at Life Time2 to 3 years of experience in sales and program design2 years of leadership or supervisory role within the fitness industry.Licenses / Certifications / RegistrationsCertified Personal TrainerCPR and AED Certified within 6 months of hirePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related fieldLife Time is a place for everyone.
