Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core ValuesMonitor employee productivity and performance expectationsAbility to communicate effectively with senior management and other departmentsAbility to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions including but not limited to warehouse associates, driver, and cleaning crewMaintain and teach organization skillsResponsible for inventory integrityResponsible for vehicle maintenanceResponsible for on-time customer order deliveryEnsure product replenishment for daily volume needsPartner with upper management for employee coaching and trainingCreate a weekly or by-weekly schedule for employeesMonitor and supervise employee's attendance and punctualityEfficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management TeamEnsures a clean workplaceWorking in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHAPossess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the dayAvailability to travel to local and state facilities as requiredAttendance and Timeliness is required.
