Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our Maintenance Worker role. In this position you will be involved in the maintenance of all company grounds and residential properties. You will be involved in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as well as exterior grounds maintenance. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who want a chance to work in a fast-paced environment within the Youngstown/Latrobe, PA area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs routine maintenance throughout all buildings (Ex.-fixing structural damage such as windows, doors, or walls)
Repairs broken or leaking plumbing
Works on and repairs damaged electrical wiring
Maintains HVAC equipment to regulate building temperatures
Fixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Painting and concrete work as necessary
Grass cutting and trimming
Snow removal
Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
US Citizenship required
Valid driver’s license required
High school or equivalent required
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing work environments
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong time-management skills
The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to stand, sit, lift or move around for prolonged periods of time
