This position is responsible for the reporting systems for program controls, the program controls roles and staff and the tools used in program controls are developed, available and functioning according to the Program Execution Plan (PgEP). The Program Controls Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex aspects of estimating, scheduling, cost control, earned value analysis and progress reporting to internal management and clients.
