MSP Help Desk/Service Desk Support - L2

If you are interested in being part of a team that values client satisfaction and collaboration, then we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to our clients through phone, email, and remote support toolsTroubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and document these issues and resolutions in our ticketing systemInstall, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and peripherals as requiredCollaborate with clients, colleagues, and partners to ensure prompt resolution of issuesMonitor systems and alert clients of potential issues or outagesEscalate complex issues to senior engineers as requiredProvide timely updates to clients regarding ticket status and resolutionRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in a help desk or service desk support roleGood understanding of Windows Server Administration and Active DirectoryStrong knowledge of IT security principles and best practicesFamiliarity with desktop platforms, including Windows, iOS, and AndroidExperience with G-Suite and Office 365Good understanding of network topologies, protocols, and architectureExperience with ITSM tools, such as Kaseya/ConnectWiseBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
