The role ensures production, safety, scheduling, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage heavy civil field operations including grading, utilities, and site developmentCoordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipmentTrack production, costs, and schedulesEnsure safety and environmental complianceIdentify and resolve field challengesRequired Skills and Qualifications5+ years of heavy civil construction experienceExperience with earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructureStrong understanding of heavy equipment operationsProven leadership and decision-making abilityReports ToProject Executive or Director of Construction (may vary by project).Direct ReportsField crews, subcontractors, and/or trade leads depending on project assignment.Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily on active construction sites and may require work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
