We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts across U.S. defense and federal markets. This role is focused on capture management, customer engagement, opportunity development, and driving programs from early discussions through award and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead capture and business development efforts across DoD and federal opportunities.Build and manage relationships with military customers, program offices, primes, and industry partners.Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities through the full business development lifecycle.Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, leadership, and proposal teams to support strategic pursuits.Support proposal strategy, pricing discussions, customer presentations, and technical solution alignment.Represent Easy Aerial at demonstrations, exercises, conferences, and industry events.Maintain visibility into procurement activity, customer priorities, and competitive positioning.Manage pipeline forecasting and strategic account growth activities.Qualifications5-10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, government contracting, or related industries.Experience leading capture efforts and navigating federal procurement environments.Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and customer engagement processes.Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel as needed.U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.Why Join Easy Aerial?Help scale one of the fastest-growing autonomous drone companies in defense technology.Work directly with leadership on high-impact strategic opportunities.Competitive compensation, commission structure, and equity participation.Opportunity to help shape the future of tethered autonomous aerial systems.Preferred QualificationsMilitary or veteran background.Experience with autonomous systems, ISR, robotics, aerospace, or defense technologies.Existing relationships within defense or federal customer communities.Experience supporting OTA, SBIR, or other non-traditional acquisition pathways.
