In this role, you will monitor and operate processing equipment, perform inspections and quality checks, troubleshoot issues, conduct routine maintenance, and help ensure production targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. During the training period, employees work a standard 8 hr M-F schedule before transitioning to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that alternates between days and nights, with built-in extended time off. This position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid out over 12 months. Apply today!\n\nResponsibilities\nUnder general supervision, operate machinery and equipment of a processing facility. Responsible for product quality, meeting safety requirements, and throughput in the assigned area.\nConduct continuous inspections, monitor equipment, record operating parameters of key process points and make necessary machinery and equipment adjusments to ensure specifications and production targets are met.\nEnsure effective implementation of QA policies and procedures, complete required sampling and testing of process streams, and understand and interpret QA results and take appropriate action when required.\nComply with and implement all regulations and requirements including completion of necessary record keeping.\nConduct preventative and corrective maintenance and equipment as required.\nResponsible for housekeeping, sanitation schedule, and general appearance of the assigned work area.\nLoad and unload products from/to truck and rail and carry materials.\nMonitor, maintain and care for all issued tools.\nSuccessfully complete initial, ongoing and supplemental training.\nMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
