Our work is defined by a balance of timeless design and livable luxury, where every detail is considered and each home feels both elevated and personal.We are seeking a Interior Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident leading projects from concept through installation, with a strong understanding of both the creative vision and the technical execution behind it.As a Interior Designer, you will take the lead on multiple projects, guiding them from initial concept through final installation. You will be responsible for shaping the overall design direction, developing detailed drawing packages, and managing the day-to-day flow of each project. This role requires a thoughtful, detail-driven approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.Key responsibilities include leading projects from concept through installation with a clear and cohesive design vision, developing and presenting furniture, material, and finish selections that align with each client’s lifestyle and aesthetic, and producing and overseeing detailed drawing sets including floor plans and furniture layouts, kitchen and bathroom layouts, custom millwork and cabinetry elevations, lighting and electrical plans, and tile layouts and interior architectural details. The role also involves conducting site visits and field measurements, coordinating closely with architects, contractors, and trades to ensure design intent is executed with precision, overseeing purchasing, tracking, and installation of all furnishings and materials, and managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and clear client communication.Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design, with strong experience in renovations and new construction. A deep understanding of space planning, millwork detailing, and construction documentation is essential. Proficiency in Studio Designer is required, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience managing purchasing, proposals, and project budgets is expected. Comfort working within a Mac-based environment is preferred.
