This is a critical role within the Astraa Customer Success team, requiring a deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain and cutting-edge cloud data technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute a fixed-bid data strategy project, ensuring alignment between complex technical architecture and strategic business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Lead the technical execution of the enterprise data platform using Agile (Scrum) methodologies, managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion.Technical Oversight: Supervise the implementation of complex data pipelines, moving data from source systems through Abstract, Validation, and Data Store layers.Strategy & Alignment: Ensure technical execution remains strictly aligned with the broader data strategy and client business objectives.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of communication for senior leadership; participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive status updates.Governance & Quality: Enforce data architecture standards, security policies, and governance. Drive best practices for data lineage, observability, and quality.Program Health: Manage RAG status reporting, risks, and issues.
